Steve Green has lived in the Ocean City area nearly all of his life. After graduating from Worcester Preparatory School in 1993, he graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 1997 with degrees in Communications and Political Science. He has spent the last 27 years as editor and publisher of The Dispatch newspaper. Steve is looking forward to supporting each client’s dream of homeownership through learning and understanding each client’s unique individual goals. Having been on the consumer side of numerous real estate transactions, Steve understands what works and what doesn’t from a customer service standpoint. Over his career, Steve has held numerous leadership positions in the community. He has been affiliated with the Atlantic General Hospital Foundation since 2014, serving currently as the chair for the last three years and previously as chair of the Membership Committee for five years. He has been a member of AGH Board of Trustees since 2021. Steve has been a member of the Worcester Preparatory School Board of Trustees since 2015 and was president of the school’s Alumni Association for 10 years. A father of two teenagers and husband to Pam, he is a member of the Board of Trustees at his church, Stevenson United Methodist. He was elected to the Berlin Town Council in 2022. For his professional and civic contributions, he was named Business Person of the Year in 2015 by the Greater Ocean City Chamber of Commerce.
